Hip-Hop Poems

A wonderful project, to visualize 5 spoken word poems. We started the visual development by designing a character fitting to the artist's expression and values. Afterwords a thematic environment style was created. Following was the development, where I build a complex head rig and illustrated all poses and layers.
Animating the character was a fun and pleasant process. Adding the visual effects and compositing were the last parts of this challenging project in which I learned much about art direction and visual development.
